Immission Control

Our immission control officers play a key role in your company.

These are mainly monitoring and control tasks, with the help of which we provide targeted support for operational environmental protection.

The tasks of the immission control officer are defined in the 5th BImSchV and in §§ 54 to 58 of the BImSchG, including

• Development and introduction of environmentally friendly processes
• Development and introduction of environmentally friendly products
• Participation in their implementation
• Monitoring compliance with all relevant regulations
• Information and education of company employees
• Annual reporting to the operator
• Commenting on emission-related decisions made by the company
