Water Protection
Our water protection officers play a key role in your company.
These are mainly monitoring and control tasks, with the help of which we provide targeted support for operational environmental protection at your company and thus avoid sensitive fines.
The tasks of the water protection officer are defined in Section 65 of the German Federal Water Act (WHG), including
- Monitoring and control of the plant
- Notification of identified deficiencies
- Selection of wastewater treatment processes
- Reduction of wastewater pollution and accumulation
- Informing the employees
- Plant inspection in accordance with Section 46 in conjunction with Annexes 5 and 6 and Annex 7 AwSV
- Expert opinions as part of suitability assessments in accordance with Section 41 (2) sentence 1 no. 2, also in conjunction with (3) AwSV and Section 42 sentence 2 AwSV
- Specialist company qualification according to § 62 paragraph 1 AwSV
- Training in accordance with section 62(2) no. 3 AwSV and section 61(2) AwSV
- Support with notifications according to § 40 AwSV
- Applications for approval in accordance with Sections 58 and 59 of the State Water Act (LWG)
- Reporting by the water protection officer
