Your Legal Obligation
The Occupational Safety Act (ASIG) gives you, as an employer, the responsibility for the occupational health and safety care of your employees.
In order to fulfill this obligation, you must appoint company doctors and occupational safety specialists for your company.
The accident prevention regulation DGUV Regulation 2 "Company doctors and occupational safety specialists" describes in more detail which forms of supervision you can choose for occupational health and safety supervision.
